BHIM Customer care
Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) is a mobile app which is made by honorable Prime Minister of India i.e. Narendar Modi and is named after Bhim Rao Ambedkar. The app is developed by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) with JUSTPAY. BHIM app is based on UPI i.e. Unified Payment Interface. The main aim of BHIM is to facilitate electronic payments with banks directly. BHIM app was launched in Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi on 30th December, 2016 as part of Demonetization programme.
UPI is developed with IMPS infrastructure where you can transfer money instantly between 2 bank accounts. So, all banks which are live on UPI platform will be available on BHIM app and the customers can transfer their money through this app. BHIM is accessible on all kinds of phones (with internet connection).
BHIM has become No.1 app on Play Store with around 3 million downloads in initial days only. There have been around 5lac transactions in initial days only. BHIM has secured mobile transactions for public over their phones.
What all things BHIM allows you to do?

- You can check your multiple accounts on this page, but only one at a time
- Track your account balance
What to do in case of Failed Transaction?
For the cases where you face certain issues in transactions, you can contact your bank customer care and let them know about your issues.
